Dr. Aseela Nasser Al Harthi

Risk Management Business Continuity Information Security

Acting Director of the Risk Management Office at Sultan Qaboos University. She earned her PhD from Cardiff University, UK, in 2020. Her doctoral research focused on three main areas: risk management, effective communication, and information security — key pillars for ensuring organizational success and sustainability.

Dr. Aseela has delivered numerous specialized training workshops for government and private-sector organizations in risk management and business continuity, contributing to strengthening institutional readiness and building national capabilities.

Dr. Reem Saad Abi Abdallah

Strategic Management Leadership Governance

Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Sultan Qaboos University. She brings extensive academic and professional experience in strategic management, leadership, business ethics, governance, and institutional sustainability.

Dr. Reem is known for an interactive, applied training style that draws on real case studies from the Omani context and provides practical, ready-to-use tools for immediate workplace application. She actively contributes to empowering national human capital and supporting the goals of Oman Vision 2040.
